Seward Park - Native Planting on Andrew's …01/12/2020

Activities

Native plants and shrubs, desperate to put down new roots in their forever homes, have been delivered. Forest Stewards and volunteers, like you, have helped clear thorny blackberries in hopes of rebuilding healthier soils along the lakeshore. Here we'll be putting in plants which help to establish critical habitats and nutrients for local birds and wildlife, and provide a source for toxic air sequestration; a win-win for all!
