Activities
In honoring this ancestral land of the Duwamish Tribe, we will be working to restore the health of this special place located in the West Duwamish Greenbelt Forest. Efforts will include removing plants, caring for native plants and preparing for our fall planting.
All ages OK
6 out of 10 participants registered.
What to Bring
Please wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and footwear that you don't mind getting dirty. We will be working in the forest. Bring a water bottle and work gloves if you have them. Work gloves will be provided if needed. Tools, instructions and a bit of information about the site will be provided.
This is a family friendly event, however because the site is accessible by a strenuous hike children under the age of 10 should use caution. We ask that youth under 15 are accompanied by an adult.
