Lake Washington Boulevard - Habitat Restoration and Beaver …09/19/2026

Join the Greenway and Beavers NW to do habitat restoration and learn about how beavers can change our environments! We will have a special speaker and walk to a beaver lodge then work on removing Himalayan blackberry and English ivy.
All ages OK
1 out of 20 participants registered.
What to Bring
For safety, volunteers are required to wear:
-Long pants made of sturdy material
-Sturdy, close-toed shoes
-Gloves (provided)
In addition, we recommend that participants bring:
-Warm layers, especially during the fall, winter, and spring
-Rain gear
-Snacks for breaks
-Long sleeved shirt
-At least one full water bottle
-Small daypack for food, extra layers, etc…
For the beaver walk, binoculars are optional, but fun to have!

Please note Lake Washington Blvd will be closed to vehicles over the summer. This parking lot should still be accessible, but blockages may occur.
