Colman Park - Planting Preparation/Planting Event10/27/2018

Activities

Come join us for fall planting preparation on the shores of Lake Washington! Work has begun in the lower section (lakeside) of Colman Park to remove invasive plant cover and make way for fall native plantings! This event will focus on continuing to pull Ivy and Himalayan Blackberry and clear space for our November planting party.
Come learn about urban forest health and native plants, engage with your community and meet new friends, all while helping to restore a section of Seattle parks.
