Fall planting party! We picked out a lovely selection of native shrubs and groundcovers to fill in the site and keep the weeds we pulled from growing back. No experience required - tools and training provided. Gloves available too, but bring your favorite pair if you have some.

What to Bring

Bring a filled water bottle and wear long pants and sleeves, and clothes you don't mind getting muddy.

Where to Meet

We will meet at the very SOUTH end of Genesee Park, on the S side of Genesee Street (same side of the street as the off-leash dog park), up the hill behind the soccer fields. See the attached map above.

Where to Park

Park at the parking lot nearest the synthetic turf soccer fields at 43rd & S Genesee St. Then keep walking S past the soccer fields to the trees, we'll meet on the walking path by the trees.
