DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:During the Winter months with all the plants, shrubs and trees in dormancy, it is the best opportunity to see and have easier access to cut back and thin out and open up areas of shrub overgrowth.  This will allow for ground cover planting, mulching and to allow saplings to get more sunlight.  We will be working the west perimeter edge of the park along 15th Ave. S. cutting back from the sidewalk and  thinning out overgrown shrubs to open up sight lines and open up access to new ground cover planting areas.
