SUMMARY: Event Daybreak Star Land & Community Tending+ Textile Dye Workshop
DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Futures Rising is inviting you to nourish and restore the land. We will be tending the land where we have planted traditional foods and medicines. This space will center Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to come together to talk about possibilities, be held by the land and each other. In our deep need for community and the restoration of relation with the land we invite you to share space with us!

During this time we will be reflecting on the teachings of interdependence and how the plant people can show us the way. We will be working on preparing the space for this years planting of traditional foods and medicines. 

HIGHLIGHT: Josh & Katana Textile and Natural Dye Workshop 
Please bring something cotton or made from natural fiber to dye! 
Josh and Katana are going to teach us how to use natural plants and earth materials to dye and make our own textiles.
