Beaver Pond Natural Area on TC - Invasive Blast at Beaver …06/07/2026

Activities

Join us for a spring blitz on returning invasive species and help native plants at Beaver Pond Natural Area thrive to provide continued habitat for fish, birds and other critters. Some of these are easy to pull out like Herb Robert, Cleavers, and Nipplewort. For those of you who like a little more challenge, there is plenty of ivy and blackberry for the digging. Most work areas are relatively level and easy to access. If storms bring heavy showers, the work party will be rescheduled.

What to Bring

Bring yourself in sturdy shoes, long slacks, and long sleeves appropriate for the weather. Sun hats recommended. Please bring your own gloves but if you don’t have any, we have a few on hand. There will also be event signage.
