Licton Springs Park - Licton Springs Park Work …01/13/2018


Join Friends of Licton Springs for our monthly work parties-- Get yourself and Licton Springs Park in shape! Canary Reed pulls, Mulch barrow jogs, Wood chip bends, planters' squats and bramble root digs. All you need for a good days work out.

Arrive wearing your cloth face covering. You will be expected to keep it on through the entire event. If you forget a mask, extras will be available. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide water and snacks during our events. Please come prepared with your own water bottle and food. You are welcome to bring your own hand sanitizer, work gloves, and specific tools applicable to the tasks outlined in the work plan below (please no power equipment). We will also supply gloves, tools, hand sanitizer, well as sanitation spray for tools.

What to Bring

Tools and gloves provided. Wear appropriate clothing including long pants and closed-toe shoes (muck boots recommended). Make sure to bring along a water bottle too!

Meet at the "comfort station" in the park, near 97th and Ashworth. Park on Ashworth Street.
