Green Lake Park - Green Lake Park Restoration …04/10/2021
This month we'll focus on weeding the areas we planted along the western shoreline. Along with weeding, we'll be mulching the site.

Arrive wearing your cloth face covering. You will be expected to keep it on through the entire event. If you forget a mask, extras will be available. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide water and snacks during our events. Please come prepared with your own water bottle and food. You are welcome to bring your own hand sanitizer, work gloves, and specific tools applicable to the tasks outlined in the work plan below (please no power equipment). We will also supply gloves, tools, hand sanitizer, well as sanitation spray for tools.
What to Bring
You are welcome to bring gloves or digging tools, but we will also have these on hand. Be sure to wear sturdy footwear since we will be working in muddy areas.
Where to Meet
We will meet at the job box that is located on the east side of the Aqua Theater, which is located at the sound end of the lake. Look for the signs directing you to our work site
Where to Park
The parking lot at the south end of Green Lake is closed, but there is plenty of street parking across the lake and there is parking available at Woodland Park by the soccer fields.
