Plant a forest and grow community! Help us create a healthier, happier, and greener Seattle by coming out to end Seattle Forest Week on Green Seattle Day! Lets improve wildlife habitat, combat climate change, and providing a place for community members to recreate.

Green Seattle Day is one of the best ways to give back to your neighbors, parks, and your local forest.

Join the fun and be one of hundreds of volunteers across the city planting native trees, shrubs, and groundcovers that will become the future forest of Seattle.

All community members are welcome, and no experience is necessary! The event is family friendly and open to all ages.

What to Bring

Clothes and shoes that can get wet and muddy, snacks and drinks for yourself. Sense of humor encouraged.

Hairpin turn at 68th Ave S. and S. Holyoke Way.

Where to Park

A lot of people coming to this so I suggest parking by the Lakeridge Playfield on 10145 Rainier Avenue S, walk towards Pizzeria Pulcinella and then along 68th Ave S to meet.
