Westcrest Park - Fall Harvest and Winter …11/26/2022

Join Dirt Corps as we button-up the Fall needs for Westcrest Park and get it ready for Winter! We'll be focusing on care for our latest plantings that the community undertook on Green Seattle Day, as well as invasive plant management to protect said plantings.

All community members are welcome, and no experience is necessary! The event is family friendly and open to all ages. Join us!

What to Bring

Please bring with you what you will need to be comfortable whilst spending a few hours working outside. Dress in clothed layers for the weather, and consider bringing additional dry, insulating, or waterproof layers.

Remember to bring water, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, or any other accessories to protect yourself from the elements.
Remember that blackberry thorns are sharp and can snag clothing, and that the terrain may be uneven and/or wet.

We will be providing gloves and tools for all to use!
