Please join our monthly Friends of Discovery Park volunteer work party this coming Sunday September 24, from 10 am to 1 pm. There will be 3-4 different sites and forest steward volunteers to choose from. We will meet in the South Parking lot off West Emerson St at 10 am sharp. From there we will hike (or carpool) to our sites. We will be digging, weeding, mulching and watering our recently planted native trees, shrubs and ground cover. Forest stewards will show you how they are re-building the ecology of Discovery Park one square foot at a time.

We will meet up at the south entrance parking lot off West Emerson Street at 10 am. Hike to the site.
