Lincoln Park - Urban Forest Restoration and …10/22/2023

Activities

Our urban forests need your help to thrive and remain healthy. We promise you lots of good nature vibes and high fives. We'll be removing plants (e.g. blackberry, ivy, holly...) and making room for our hardworking native trees and plants. Great opportunity to gain some student service hours while you connect with nature AND...

Optional Interview Opportunity: We want to hear your thoughts about our parks! Interested youth participants are invited to take a break during this restoration event to participate in a short interview with GSP’s Youth Ambassadors. The Ambassadors will ask a series of questions about youth engagement, climate action, and equity and inclusion in Seattle parks. These interviews will be presented by the Ambassadors during Seattle Forest Week!
