Join Dirt Corps this November in celebrating Kingfisher Natural Area and caring for this incredible green space. We'll be learning about Thornton Creek, its history, and the role it plays in our urban ecosystems. We'll also be maintaining this green space with native shrub pruning and weed removal. We hope to see you there!

What to Bring

Please bring with you what you will need to be comfortable whilst spending a few hours working outside. Dress in clothed layers for the weather, and consider bringing additional dry, insulating, or waterproof layers.
Remember to bring water, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, or any other accessories to protect yourself from the elements.
Remember that blackberry thorns are sharp and can snag clothing, and that the terrain may be uneven and/or wet.
We will be providing gloves and tools for all to use!
