Lizard Haven overlooks the south meadow, Puget Sound and the Olympic range; there's not a more picturesque restoration site in Seattle. Come help us plant more native plants. For a great introduction to primary task of the day, check out the training video:

What to Bring

Work gloves (I have some loaner gloves if you don't have your own), boots, long pants, weather appropriate clothes in layers that you don't mind getting dirty and something to stay hydrated. We'll be taking a water break halfway through the event.

Where to Meet

Meet at the junction of the gravel meadow access road and the westerly parade grounds paved park road. This is 900' WSW of the large white radar tower and is a 10-minute walk from the south parking lot (please allow enough time to walk to and from the meeting site). If you're late, look for us 200' down the gravel road.
