Discovery Park - Save Our Sand Dune02/25/2025

Activities

We have a patch of blackberries that is threatening our treasured sand dune that overlooks the bluff. Himalayan blackberries send out runners that can expand their patch by 10 or 15 feet each year. Let's keep this invasive vine under control. We will cut it back with loppers first and then will dig up the root balls. This should be an easy task in the sand.
