A lot of new plantings need help to survive the coming dry summer. We will reduce competition from weeds and put a blanket of wood chips around them to keep the soil moist.

What to Bring

Dress for the weather, sturdy shoes or boots and bring a water bottle. Long sleeves and long pants are recommended. We'll have tools and gloves, if needed.

Where to Meet

We'll meet on 25th Ave. S at the corner of Hanford street and the Hanford steps.

Where to Park

Park on 25th Ave. S. Do not valuables in the car. If you come with public transportation, the light rail station Mount Baker is a short walk away as well as several Buses at the transfer station.
