Activities

We will watering last year's to help them through the hot, dry summer as they establish greater root systems. We will also perform some light trail maintenace and removal of invasive plants. If you like tending plants and being outside in a lovely forest, then please join us on Sunday, July 13th from 9 am to noon (or any portion).You don't need to attend the entire 3 hours. Please come and go as you please.

What to Bring

Wear sturdy clothes and shoes. Long sleeves are good while weeding to limit scratching. We can supply work gloves and all of the tools.
Note: There are no bathroom facilities in the park.

Where to Meet

Meet in the gravel parking lot at the west corner of the intersection of NW 145th street and 3rd avenue in Seattle.
If you arrive much after 9 am, just head down the trail and you will meet up with us.
