Join us to tuck in our new winter plantings with mulch and then remove blackberry to make sure our plantings have plenty of space to grow in our restoration area!

What to Bring

Please bring with you what you will need to be comfortable whilst spending a few hours working outside.

Dress in clothed layers for the weather, and consider bringing additional dry, insulating, or waterproof layers. We encourage participants to wear long sleeves, long pants, and sturdy closed-toed shoes.

Remember to bring water, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, or any other accessories to protect yourself from the elements.

Remember that blackberry thorns are sharp and can snag clothing, and that the terrain may be uneven and/or wet.

We will be providing gloves and tools for all to use, as well as snacks, hot drinks, and water.
