Come enjoy the beauty of early summer in Seattle! We will be returning to a site that received some TLC last fall and winter to clear out non-native plants that are creeping back in, check up on the plants we put in over the winter, and start to clear out another section in preparation for replanting this coming winter! There will be something for everyone, and lots of puns!

What to Bring

Close toed shoes, sturdy clothes that will protect you from thorns and branches while working and that you don't mind getting dirty, and water are a must. You are welcome to bring a favorite pair of gloves, but we will have gloves and tools available for anyone who needs them. A water bottle, snack, and sun protection are always a good idea.

Where to Meet

We will meet just past the far end of the Ravenna Park softball field, at the picnic table next to the visible job box.

Where to Park

There is a small parking lot next to the Ravenna park tennis courts, and ample street parking along NE 55th. There is also plenty of public transit, and the site is very close to the Burke Gilman Trail!
