Activities

We will be watering last year's plantings to help them through the long dry summer. They have put on new growth, and will need our help to get more fully established. Planting is only 1 part of forest restoration. Stewardship of those plantings is critical the first year or 2. Hope you can make it!

What to Bring

Dress for the weather. Consider long pants and long sleeves to prevent scratches from the plants. Close-toed shoes (instead of sandals) are encouraged. We can supply work gloves.
(Note: there are no bathroom facilities in the park)

Where to Meet

Meet in the gravel parking lot at the west corner of the intersection of NW 145th street and 3rd Avenue in Seattle. If you arrive much after 9 am just head down the trail and you will meet up with us.
