Activities

The "Clandestine Clearing" is about 1/5 of an acre of bare ground, the consequence of years of off-trail and recently destructive gathering. With the help of Seattle Parks, we will bring a ton of mulch, then plant, and over five years return this barren spot to healthy understory.

What to Bring

Please dress in layers and in clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. Closed-toed shoes, long sleeves, and pants are recommended. Bring a full water bottle and snacks. Don't forget to bring your rain gear if rain is in the forecast.
