Judge Charles M. Stokes OverlK - TLC for Stokes Overlook09/25/2026

Activities

Let's "un-neglect" this little green corner! We have blackberry brambles and ivy tangles to tame to make way for a future forest, and trash to remove to make future restoration projects here safe and appealing for all ages. We also have an existing brushpile from prior blackberry removal to manage. We'll be using loppers, shovels, trash grabbers, buckets, rakes and pitchforks, plus your sweat-equity, goodwill and problem-solving skills!

Adults only

What to Bring

Please wear long sleeves, long pants and sturdy close-toed shoes and bring your water. Dress for the weather and any potential weather changes. I will provide gloves. There is a restroom about 1/8 mile away at Judkins play park.

Where to Meet

Please meet at the work site, which is along S. Judkins St. where it begins to curve northward and becomes 20th Av S, 200 yards west of Judkins Skatepark.
