Kubota Gardens Natural Area - Seattle Forest Week at …11/07/2026

Activities

Seattle Forest Week is November 7th - 15th! This is the time of year that we get together with our neighbors to kick off planting season. All community members are welcome and no experience is necessary. These events are family friendly and open to all ages.

Join us at Kubota Garden for a fun day of getting outside and giving back to nature!
We’ll be helping care for the natural area through hands-on restoration work, including planting native plants and removing invasive species such as English ivy and Himalayan blackberry.
Come ready to get your hands dirty, learn something new, and help keep our green spaces healthy!
