It's almost planting time!! Join your fellow GL Park-lovers in pulling out the last of the blackberries and ivy in preparation for next month's planting of a beautiful variety of native plants.

What to Bring

Come dressed for the weather (rain or shine) in clothes you don't mind getting dirty and sturdy closed-toe shoes. This area is largely shady, but don't forget the sunscreen if the weather is nice! Bring a water bottle -- snacks provided! We'll have tools and gloves for everyone.

Where to Meet

We'll gather along the main path on the east side of the lake, near to where Kenwood Place North intersects with East Green Lake Way N. -- we'll have some signs posted on the path. Metro Bus 62 gets you very close to our site, stopping on Kirkwood at North 59th.

Where to Park

Lots of street parking on Green Lake Way and adjacent neighborhood streets.
