land. We will be tending the land where we have planted traditional foods and medicines. This space will center Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to come together to talk about possibilities, be held by the land and each other. In our deep need for community and the restoration of relation with the land we invite you to share space with us!

During this time we will be reflecting on the teachings of interdependence and how the plant people can show us the way. We will be working on preparing the space for this years planting of traditional foods and medicines.

Here is a loose agenda to center our youth in their learning:
Week 5-Generosity: Oak , Cedar & Rose
8/08 Thursday: DBS -J & K Textile and Natural Dye Workshop

Welcoming and opening protocal 15-20
Group Agreements: Have Youth Help

Look at the land and tell the story 30
Teaching: Have the crew tell the story of now and 100 years in the future
Work on tending new planting areas for the Fall 45-1hr

Lunch and Meet Josh & Katana 30
Workshop with J& K 1.5 -2hr

Small Tending and noticing, while picking berries
